LiveBag is a high-security platform designed exclusively for youth sports. In strict accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. All athlete accounts must be initiated, verified, and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Information We Collect
To maintain the integrity and safety of the youth sports environment, we collect the following data:
Precise Location Data: We utilize a proprietary 7-layer verification system to confirm that broadcasters are physically present at the sanctioned sporting venue. This data is essential to prevent GPS spoofing and maintain platform integrity.
Parental Verification: For users under the age of 13, we collect parent/guardian contact information to obtain verifiable consent before an account is fully activated.
Device Identifiers: We collect unique device IDs and hardware information to prevent unauthorized account sharing and "device handoff" fraud during verified streams.
Contact Information: We collect email addresses and phone numbers for account security, verification, and critical platform updates.
3. How We Use Your Data
LiveBag uses your data strictly for app functionality and fraud prevention.
No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell user data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Secure Monetization: Your information is used only to provide a secure, verified environment for youth sports streaming and subscription-based monetization.
Payment Processing: All financial transactions, including subscriptions and tips, are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases. LiveBag does not store or have access to your credit card numbers or full financial records.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Users maintain full control over their data. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time.
Account Deletion: Users may request full account deletion through the mobile app settings or by visiting livebag.app/delete-account.
Retention: Upon a valid deletion request, personal data is anonymized or removed from our active databases in accordance with industry standards within 30 days.
