1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LiveBag mobile application (the 'App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. Description of Service
LiveBag is a live-streaming platform for youth sports. The App provides location-verified streaming services, parental approval workflows for users under 18, and monetization features including tips, pay-per-view (PPV), and subscriptions.
3. User Eligibility & Parental Consent
Users under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian register and approve their account. LiveBag utilizes a 'Parent-Pays' and 'Parent-Approves' model to ensure compliance with youth safety standards. Parents/Guardians are responsible for all activity and financial transactions initiated by their linked minor accounts.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
LiveBag offers 'Creator Premium' auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings.
5. Location Verification
LiveBag uses proprietary location-verification technology to ensure the integrity of sports broadcasts. You agree to provide accurate GPS data. Use of 'Mock Location' or GPS spoofing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
6. Content Standards
Users may not stream illegal, offensive, or infringing content. LiveBag reserves the right to monitor streams and remove content that violates these terms or endangers the safety of minors.
7. Revenue and Platform Fees
LiveBag charges a 15% platform fee on specific transactions, including tips and PPV access. Payouts are distributed to creators via Stripe Connect, subject to identity verification. Users are responsible for any tax obligations arising from their earnings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ingenuity Management Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
